We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return, an exchange, or to report a quality issue. Please see exceptions and rules below.

*To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn/unused/unopened, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

**Frozen raw pet foods and treats are perishable goods will NOT be accepted for refund with the exception of supplier quality issues (Please see below).

Damaged Goods and Supplier Quality Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Provide photos and any other information and evidence to support your claim so that we can submit it to the supplier and replace or refund your item(s). We can deliver a replacement for you or refund your the amount for the damaged item(s). When it comes to damaged and/or defective goods, we do not charge the $5.00 delivery fee.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned like perishable goods (unless it is a supplier quality issue) and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

Exchanges will be accepted on non-perishable goods if they are in the same condition that you received it, unworn/unused/unopened, with tags, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Items eligible for refund will be be refunded on your original payment method. Refunds generally take 3-5 business days to be processed.
